What are some good plays you like that seem to always work?

I love the TE throwback. Roll out with your QB to one side, and have the TE pass block for a second, then release. Always seems to be an easy gain, sometimes a big one if the defense is really out of position. Great in the redzone when teams are gonna be aggressive on defense.
