Can someone please give me an idea on why I continue to receive 613 and 612 errors when I try to get online? I have unplugged my router and modem about 20 times and the error keeps popping up. The only solution I've seen when looking online is the unplug my shit which doesn't work. I'm trying to avoid calling Sony. I haven't been able to get online since last Wednesday.
